Enchanted is a small, family-owned jewelry manufacturer known for their handcrafted, high-quality pieces. With limited production capacity, each item is made with care and attention to detail, offering customers unique and timeless designs. However, when the COVID-19 pandemic hit, their reliance on offline sales became a significant challenge. Without a strong digital presence, they struggled to adapt to the changing market and reach customers effectively, putting their business at risk.
Our adjustments
We helped Enchanted transition into the online space by designing and launching a user-friendly e-commerce website tailored to their brand. Our team managed the entire process, including professional product photography highlighting their jewelry's craftsmanship. Once their digital presence was established, we launched targeted marketing campaigns that achieved a positive ROAS of 4 and one of the lowest CPC we've ever achieved - just €0.15.
